EUROSEEKER
The European Off-Roading SUV
With the goal of creating an off-road capable SUV for European streets, EUROSEEKER is an automotive clay exploration project made to familiarize transportation design students with using this material to design scaled vehicle concepts.
Design Process
Based on the chassis of a 1998 Honda CR-V, the size of EUROSEEKER was intended to be relatively narrow and short while keeping a rugged off-road oriented design.

Model Fabrication
With a pink foam buck, and MDF skateboard and base under the model, the modeling phase began while following the technical drawings created in the preliminary phase of designing the vehicle.

Clay Application and Carving
After completing the desired shape of the buck, the clay application process began. After many weeks of heating, applying and carving the clay, the shape of the vehicle eventually began to show itself.

Final Presentation
After completing the model, a final presentation with an introduction, renders and sketches was made finishing the project.
